DELIVERY AND RETURNS


  • Standard shipping is free on orders to all UK mainland addresses.

    All our UK shipping options are as below. Our options and prices reflect shipping regulations and perfume being classed as Dangerous Goods. We only ship via tracked services which will require a signature on receipt with the exception of our Personality Vials which are shipped via Standard 2nd class post.

    • Royal Mail UK Guaranteed Next Day by 4pm (orders must be placed before 11am) ~ £8.00

    • Royal Mail UK Guaranteed Saturday by 4pm (orders must be placed before 11am) ~ £12.80

    We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days of order (with the exception of Guaranteed Next Day and Saturday). We will send you an e-mail on the day that your order has been dispatched. If for some reason an item is out of stock, we will e-mail you immediately.

  • We are currently rolling out delivery to all international destinations, starting with the below.

    At Olfactive O we appreciate how important it is to get your order delivered to you as soon as possible. All international orders are delivered using DHL, fully tracked and charged at a flat rate per order to a maximum of 10 bottles per order. Enter your country at checkout to select the correct shipping method for your region.

    • USA & Canada ~ 2-3 working days ~ £30

    • Australia & New Zealand ~ 3-5 working days ~ £40

    • Belgium, Ireland, Jersey, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands ~ 2-3 working days ~ £30

    For destinations not currently listed, or for orders of 10+ bottles, please contact us and we will be delighted to arrange your shipment for you while we get all destinations listed.

    Please note that number of days listed are an average time DHL and Royal Mail aim for. Because of Covid, Brexit, sanctions, weather, workers’ strikes, national holidays and new rules and measures introduced randomly from time to time and with no notice around the world there may be possible delays which are beyond our control.

  • Please note, your national custom duties might apply to international orders. They vary from country to country. As the recipient, you will be responsible for paying possible duties.

    If you do not pay your national import duties and your order is shipped back to us for this reason, we regret you will be responsible for the shipping and administration costs.

    We're afraid we cannot be responsible for delays caused by national customs in a particular destination. If customs in your country delay the progress of your order, unfortunately neither courier nor us are able to expedite this.

  • As a consumer and in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you can cancel your order and obtain a refund or exchange within fourteen (14) days from delivery.

    Only products purchased on www.olfactiveo.com can be returned for a refund or an exchange. Any products bought in a department store, stockist or own physical store must be returned to their original place of purchase.

    The product(s) must be returned at your cost undamaged, unused, in their original condition and original packaging, with the seal intact where applicable. In these circumstances, we will offer a full exchange or refund of the purchase price minus the delivery charge after inspection.

    If goods are not returned in a re-sellable condition, we may not accept your return.

  • You must inform us of any returns by email to o@olfactiveo.com. Please include the following details in your email

    • Name under which original order was placed

    • Email under which original order was placed

    • Date of original order

    • Product you’re returning

    • Reason for return

    You must ensure that goods are securely and protectively packaged for return as we will not be able to refund any goods damaged during return transit. Where practicable, we recommend returning goods in the original outer packaging they were received in to reduce risk of transit damage on return.

    Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage as we do not accept responsibility for items which are lost in transit. Customers should have regard to labelling and packaging guidelines of the courier to be used as you are returning fragrance which has special postal guidelines.

    All returns must reach Olfactive O Ltd within 14 days of original delivery date.

    All returned goods will be examined on receipt. A full refund will not be offered if there are signs of unreasonable use such as opened packaging. In such circumstances, we will notify you that a reduced refund amount will be available, or you can choose to arrange for goods to be returned to you at your sole cost and expense.

    Your right to return goods does not apply to

    • Goods made to your specification

    • Goods which have been personalised

    Your refund for goods will be refunded as soon as practicable by the original payment method, no later than 14 days after we have received the goods (and provided that you have returned the goods to us within 14 days of delivery to you or your notifying us of cancellation).
